About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support and lead a passionate team of 15 and be responsible for all aspects of the store’s success from sales performance and customer experience to training, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

You’ll create a motivating, collaborative and high-achieving store culture that reflects the brand’s values: authenticity, quality, and family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering warm, knowledgeable, high-standard service
